Gresley D49 Class 4-4-0 No 62744 at Carlisle Citadel station waiting to work a stopping passenger service back to Newcastle Central station 14th June 1960. Allocated to 62A Thornton Junction from 1957 until April 1960, moved to 64G Hawick until withdrawn 30th December 1960. On the far right we see local based Fowler 3F Class 0-6-0T No 47492.
